Terms and Conditions:
Supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the event. A member of the Harper’s Café team will be on hand to oversee the activities and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
Clothing and Footwear: Harper’s Café cannot accept responsibility for any damage to clothing or personal items during the event.
Booking and Entry: The craft session event requires pre-booking and prepayment to secure your spot. Only children with confirmed bookings may enter the community hub to participate.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued due to the pre-purchase of items for the event. If you are unable to attend, please contact Harper’s Café via our Contact Us page to explore alternative arrangements.
Health and Safety: If you or your child have any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary requirements, please inform us using the additional information box when purchasing your ticket.
Liability: Harper’s Café will take all reasonable precautions to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by participating in the Nature Craft event, you acknowledge that Harper’s Café shall not be held liable for any accidental injuries, damage, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event. Participants and their supervising adults accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those in their care.
