Community Hub, Harper’s Cafe
Hiring Charges
You can hire our Hub for as many hours as you like, starting from 1 hour minimum hire.
A Security Deposit of £50 or 50% of the booking total (whichever is greater) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund, less a £20.00 administration fee.
We kindly request that 50% of your invoice be paid within 7 days prior to your booking date.
The £50 Security Deposit will be refunded no later than 3 days after your hire, following handover and checks of the Hub. Deductions will be made for damage/breakage, extra cleaning required, and any rubbish not taken away.
We do not permit the use of bouncy castles a £100 fine will be made if you hire a bouncy castle.

Hire Prices
Security deposit: £50
Failure to vacate on time: £25.00 per hour (or part thereof)
Hall clearance: £20.00 per hour (or part thereof)
Per bag of rubbish left behind: £5.00
Community Hub
Available for hire 7 days a week from 8am - 4pm (winter hours) or 8am - 6pm (summer hours).
For booking outside of these times please contact events@harperscafe.org
£18 per hour (or part thereof)
Cafe Space
£25 per hour (or part thereof)
Discounts are available for block bookings of 6 or more and/ or for community groups and charities.

Payment
On confirmation of your booking, you will be sent an invoice by which you can pay directly online via a payment link, or by BACs. You can also pay by card on-site.
Harper’s Cafe and the Community Hub is an environmentally friendly business and we ask that you recycle your rubbish by taking it away with you and disposing of it appropriately.
