Lovely visit to Harper’s Cafe! The café has a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere right by Victoria Park, perfect for a relaxed coffee or lunch. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the food was tasty with good portions and great value. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy good coffee, homemade cakes and a light meal after a stroll in the park. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!
